Method

Low-sodium and reduced sugar peanut butter or natural health food store varieties work well here.

  • Place the milk chocolate and butter into a medium-sized stainless steel bowl.
  • Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • Stir to melt and then add the peanut butter.
  • Stir to emulsify and then fold in the croquantine flakes.
