  • In a medium-sized heavy saucepan, bring the sugar, corn syrup, and water to a boil.
  • Cook to a light amber.
  • While still hot, pour an equal amount of the syrup over the tomatoes in the molds, coating the tomatoes thinly but evenly.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • When ready to assemble the dessert, remove the tomato glass rounds from the mol
