Method
In a medium-sized heavy saucepan, bring the sugar, corn syrup, and water to a boil.
Cook to a light amber.
While still hot, pour an equal amount of the syrup over the tomatoes in the molds, coating the tomatoes thinly but evenly.
Allow to cool completely.
When ready to assemble the dessert, remove the tomato glass rounds from the mol
