PLACE THE ICING SUGAR AND BUTTER IN A MIXING BOWL, THEN BEAT TOGETHER WITH AN ELECTRIC BEATER UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS PALE AND FLUFFY. Next, add the flour, rolled oats and baking powder, mixing them in with a wooden spoon.
SHAPE THE DOUGH INTO A LOG WITH YOUR HANDS AND WRAP IT IN PLASTIC WRAP. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
