  • 500 ml strained fresh pomegranate juice
  • 250 ml sugar syrup

Method

  1. Mix the pomegranate juice and sugar syrup in a bowl until combined. Churn the pomegranate mixture in an ice-cream machine following the manufacturer’s instructions until firm.
