Top-Tier Toasted Sando

Panini, or toasted sandwiches, are one of my go-tos when I need a quick meal but a normal sandwich would just make for a sad dinner. For this particular sandwich, I approached it with a “How can I make every layer flavorful?” mindset. Good-quality ham. Fresh shredded cheese. Perfectly ripe tomatoes. Brioche bread. And for the final layer: a sauce that is easy to make but so insanely good.
