Blueberry Donut Peaches

Donut peaches are called donuts because they are flat and round, just like donuts. The reason these are clutch to me is because of the flavor. They’re super sweet and delicious. In this recipe, I double down on the sweetness, turning donut peaches into mini desserts. At my house, we throw these over ice cream, though this is also a great dish to make in bigger batches for a party plate. Oh, and, of course, roll them out for a brunch spread.
