I have probably purchased every high-end cocktail cherry on the market. If you have done the same, you know how expensive that can get. In looking at the ingredients, I thought there had to be a way to duplicate this—and without preservatives. This really speaks to my whole thought process. If you’re using high-end bourbon, clear ice, oleo, and then you throw in a cherry with preservatives? Nah. Old-Fashioneds and Sidecars are my two favorite drinks. Both historically have cherries in them.
