The Shirley Spritz

Even when I was a kid, I think I was already figuring out how fun it is to pair drinks with dinner. I remember going out with my parents to a restaurant on Fridays and ordering a Shirley Temple to go with my meal. While there are recipes for “adult” Shirley Temples, these days I prefer my adult spin on it to be the Aperol Spritz. The bright red color and the carbonation are there, and they are just delicious. This recipe is not too far from the classic, but with a little less prosecco, more
