Stroganoff became popular in the US between the ’50s and ’60s, and many of us are familiar with using the classic cans of cream of mushroom soup that our moms used to make it with. Unfortunately, for someone with migraine, canned soups typically contain MSG and additives, which can be potent triggers and are extremely high in sodium. Sour cream is another potential trigger that’s often used in the traditional recipe. My version has a similar creamy texture but without the junk and sodium. I
