By providing this recipe for a slightly souped-up rice pudding, I am emphatically not suggesting that the basic, plain version is in any way deficient, but this muskily ambrosial pudding really is mellow heaven. And it’s wonderful too with a dollop of the muscat jelly – coriander-seeded infusion and all. Perfect dinner-party comfort food.
