  • see Fairy Cakes, plus 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder added to the flour

Method

Follow the instructions and quantities for normal fairy cakes, only add a heaped teaspoon of baking powder on top of the self-raising flour so that you end up with appropriately peaked cakelets.
