I’ve never met a child who didn’t like meringues, and they’re child’s play to make, too. The best way of getting meringue-making fixed into your (or your child’s) head is to remember that for each egg white you need 60g caster sugar, and that this in turn will make you around ten 6cm-diameter meringues.
