This is a great outdoor summer dish since it doesn’t involve any stove-top or oven cooking The pronounced smoky, spicy heat of the chipotle chiles is delicious with the flank steak. Chipotles in adobo sauce can be found in small cans in Latino markets and the Mexican foods section of many supermarkets. When this book was originally published, chipotles were still exotic in many parts of the country. Not so today! Any leftover meat and sauce can be used in to make fajitas or a quick chili.</
