This drink is nourishing, filling, refreshing and great for all Doshas. Traditionally consumed during Lent or fasting days in Ethiopia, Suff makes a great snack for in-between meals on hungry days. I usually like anything with a good sunflower content but not this. I didn't like the mouthfeel and found it a bit watery, adding cream didn't help.

The licensor does not allow printing of this title
