Hi. Just made this with a couple of tweaks. Gorgeous. Used ancho chillies flakes for a more smokey flavour, a couple of big splashes of white wine, then let it reduce so the sauce coats the shrooms. Highly recommend this recipe either as is or with my tweaks. Also used a shop bought ready rolled vegan short pastry which fitted a baking tray, so made as a single 'pie' .
