Smoked marlin is the Caribbean’s answer to smoked salmon. Its pale flesh retains a delicate quality after smoking. If you are unable to find marlin, use smoked halibut or tuna instead. You’ll need very thinly sliced smoked fish, ready prepared.

Ingredients

  • 110 g/4 oz green salad leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil<

  1. Toss the greens with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Place on two plates.
