Traditionally, christophenes are cooked but prepared raw they are a clean and crunchy addition to salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 christophenes, peeled, cored, sliced
  • ½ cantaloupe melon, peeled and sliced
  • 1 shallot, sliced in thin rings

Method

  1. Toss all ingredients together with the dressing and serve at once.
