Great for topping fish, steak, chicken, rice or vegetables or smeared on slices of your favourite bread and toasted. You’ll probably like keeping a little bowlful on hand in the fridge for a quick taste solution.

Ingredients

  • 50 g/2 oz butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender or whisk. Chill until ready to use.
