Norma Shirley is Executive Chef and owner of the Kingston-based Norma’s On The Terrace, situated at the Jamaican landmark, Devon House. She has been described as the ‘Julia Child of the Caribbean’ and has a tremendous amount of international acclaim, having received numerous awards and features for fabulous cuisine, such as ‘One of 60 Best New Restaurants in the World’ (Condé Nast Traveler) 2002 and a culinary award from the Prime Minister of Jamaica.
