Serve this crumbly light Trinidadian coconut bake for breakfast with Bul Jol or Pick-up Saltfish.

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1 lb plain flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Grease a baking sheet.
