This is very similar to Fiery Guava Dipping Sauce or Glaze but in a version suitable for using as a salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of roasted garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 2 <

Method

  1. Squeeze the softened garlic into a bowl and mash with the vinegar.
  2. Melt the jelly in a small saucepan and pour into the vinegar mixture.
  3. Whisk in the oil slowly, and then whisk in the oregano and salt and pepper.
