This dressing is great for, chicken, seafood or vegetable salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 70 ml/¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and vinegar until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon juice and then whisk in the oil slowly, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
