  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • grated zest of ½ lime
  • 1 can of condensed milk

Method

  1. Put the egg, lime zest, condensed and evaporated milk in a blender and whiz for about 30 seconds.
  2. Share the ice between small glasses and pour the mixture over.
  3. Sprinkle with bitters and a grating of nutmeg to taste.
