  • 650 g/ lb carrots, juiced (about 8 carrots)

Method

  1. Juice the carrots and ginger whole if using a juicer or peel and cut them up and blend together in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add water, lime juice and sugar to taste.
  3. Strain, if you have used a blender/processor. Chill before serving.
