  • 1 pound large, peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons grape seed oil, divided

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, season shrimp with smoked paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat two tablespoons of the grape seed oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp to skillet, sauté until just cooked through. Place shrimp into a bowl and set aside until ready for use.
  4. Return the skillet to heat, and add remaining oil.
