  • 2 large, ripe Florida avocados, or 3 or 4 Hass avocados
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice,


Using a fork, mash the avocado together with the lime juice. Stir in the olives, capers, and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
