Our panel of tasters agreed unanimously that fried yuca is even better than french fries! The outside of these delicate golden sticks is extra crisp and the inside is meltingly tender. The traditional way to serve fried yuca is with warm Mojo Vinegeta (Mojo Dip or Salad Dressing) for dipping.
