Eduardo is a talented young chef. When speaking with him about food you can feel his passion for cooking and his pride in the culinary traditions of Cuba. He and his wife, Alicia, and young daughter Ellie live in a modern apartment building in Havana. Marty and I met Alicia at the restaurant where she works, and she generously invited us to join her family and some friends for dinner at their home.
