This is a batido for grown-ups. Rum and fruit is a great combination, but add a little ice cream and it’s dynamite. Be careful with this one, as it goes down easy but packs a wallop! For those who don’t imbibe, it is also good without the rum.
Place the banana, ice cream, milk, and rum in a blender. Pulse until smooth and frothy. Pour into chilled tall glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
