We first tasted this Cuban version of the Bloody Mary while seated on the veranda of the atmospheric old Hotel Presidente in Havana. It gives a traditional favorite a tropical twist.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cracked ice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon<

Method

Place all the ingredients except the garnishes in a chilled tall glass and stir. Garnish with the celery stick, lime wedge, and cilantro and serve.
