All children love chocolate and these little individual pots are ideal for parties or even for taking on picnics.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 100 g good-quality dark or milk chocolate, broken into pieces

Method

Bring half the double cream to the boil, add the chocolate and sugar, then remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate has dissolved. Leave to cool but don’t let it set. Meanwhile, whip the rest of the cream until stiff.

Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until well mixed. Fill little cups or ramekins with the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour or unti
