Raspberry and Peach Crumble

Fruit crumbles have interesting textures for children and you can make them any time of year using seasonal fruits such as apples, pears etc. Serve with thick custard, yoghurt or cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, skinned and stoned
  • 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries

Method

Cut the peaches into small pieces. Mix with the raspberries and put into 4 individual ovenproof dishes or one large one.

To make the topping, put the flour and oatmeal in a bowl and rub in the butter with your fingers until it becomes crumbly (this can be done in a food processor). Stir in the sugar, then sprinkle the crumble over the fruit. Bake in an o
