Scotch Quail’s Eggs

I used to make these for canapé parties years ago, then new ideas came along and the Scotch quail’s eggs got left behind. Now I have found a new use for them. These miniature Scotch eggs are fun for children and adults, as a snack or starter. Be careful when you shell the eggs - they are delicate, as you can imagine. They are easiest to shell when just warm.
