These wings are a really fun and yummy snack to serve to loved ones. They’re easy to eat and I love how nice and crispy they get. I tend to like wingettes and drumettes both equally, but my older son, Graeme, has always preferred wingettes. We call them flats. I dedicate this recipe to him.

Ingredients

  • 24 chicken wingettes (about 3 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Method

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
