Chef Grant’s stellar career has spanned five continents, four decades, and some of the world’s most celebrated dining and hospitality destinations. He has cooked adventurous five-star food, developed menus, designed and run kitchens, and built top-notch teams at iconic places including Raffles Hotel in Singapore, Bellagio Las Vegas, Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace, Regent Hotels in Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore, several Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton Big Island, Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, and the historic Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas. In 2017 Chef Grant laid the ground work for the launching of two landmark projects, The Ned Hotel in London, and New Realm Brewery in Atlanta. This native Scotsman’s robust embrace of global wanderlust and contrasting cultures is exceeded only by his passion for food and all things culinary.
