You get a beautiful and complete meal with this national Singapore chicken dish. It’s another deeply comforting jet lag or you-stayed-out-too-late dish, much like my Chicken Congee & Chinese Doughnut Sticks. I really like how when you poach chicken, as I have you do here, it ends up so soft and moist. Make this for a loved one when they’re feeling bit under the weather and they’ll be so grateful.
