I first put this on the menu at New Realm Brewing Co. In Atlanta, Georgia five or six years ago. It’s a really fun menu item and people love it. The restaurant is too big and crowded, with its 700 seats, to actually serve the chicken on the beer cans in the dining room, but the flavor and juiciness from cooking it that way is all there. The IPA permeates the whole bird. The main thing that can go wrong with this dish is overcooking the chicken, so check on it here and there, and have your t
