Kale has become the favourite healthy option and is available in all supermarkets and farmers’ markets, plus it is easy to grow even for those new to gardening.
Ingredients
175g/6oz/6 large handfulskale leaves, washed, drained well and thickly sliced
Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas 2. Dry the kale well with kitchen paper then add to a large bowl. Drizzle the oil, soy sauce and molasses over then add the ginger. Toss together to mix well and flavour all the leaves.
