Forget about sweet sugary popcorn, this cheesy version will soon convert you. Popcorn is a natural wholegrain and a good source of complex carbohydrates. On its own popcorn is super-healthy, it is the not-so-healthy fast food synthetic-tasting flavours that are not.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp/60 ml olive oil
