These crispy cauliflower bites make a great alternative to carb- and fat-loaded chips, and taste just as good hot or cold. If you don’t serve them with the dip, they are vegan and dairy-free too.


  • 2 tbsp/30 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp/15


  1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add the spice mix and garlic and heat over a low heat for 1 minute to release the flavour of the spice mix.
  2. Add the cauliflower and increase the heat to medium, then stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the cauliflower is just beginning to brown around the edges and is hot but still crisp.
