Packed with protein these power balls will help build muscle mass, to aid your gym weight training, or boost energy if battling through a heavy work schedule.

  1. Add the dates, protein powder, oats and almonds to a food processor and blitz together until finely chopped.
  2. Add the peanut butter, chocolate, almond milk and salt and mix briefly until the chocolate and nuts are roughly chopped and still quite chunky and the mixture is beginning to clump together.
