Tiny creamy bites that taste like cheesecake but are made in minutes, packed with healthy seeds and rolled in high-protein pale green pistachio nuts.

Ingredients

  • 250 g/9 oz/1 cup reduced-fat mascarpone
  • 2

Method

  1. Add the mascarpone and maple syrup to a mixing bowl then stir in the flaxseeds, chia seeds and vanilla. Scoop out 20 teaspoonfuls of the mixture on to a large plate.
  2. Finely chop the nuts and pumpkin seeds with a knife or food processor then put on to a second plate
