These fresh-tasting power balls are refreshingly moist with the clean zingy flavour of mint and lemon combined with antioxidant-rich Japanese matcha tea.


  • 20 large mint leaves
  • 1 tsp/5 ml matcha tea blend or the contents of


  1. Add the mint leaves, matcha tea, sea salad and hemp powder to a food processor then add the seed butter, almonds and pear or apricots and blitz until finely chopped.
