  1. Add the millet to a food processor and blend until a fine powder. Add the figs, dates, cinnamon, vanilla and soya protein. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Add the seeds and soya milk, and blend briefly so that the seeds are left in chunky pieces and the mixture is beginning to clump together.
