These bright yellow power balls are made with ready-to-eat dried apricots and creamy smooth cashew nuts, for a natural sweet fix that is a much healthier and more nutrient-dense alternative to munching on a store-bought snack.

Ingredients

  • 75 g/3 oz/½ cup cashew nut pieces

Method

  1. Add the cashew nuts, coconut, hemp seeds and buckwheat flakes to a food processor and blitz until a fine powder.
  2. Add the apricots and nut milk and blitz again until the mixture is very smooth and beginning to clump together.
