These muesli bars are super-low in fat and added sugar with just 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tbsp maple syrup and an optional sugar-sprinkle for the top. The sweetness comes from the chopped apple and dried fruits which are also a good source of minerals and fibre too.
