2 litres ( pt or 9 U.S. cups) Chicken Consommé.

Garnish

2 tbs vegetables from the White Bouillon, trimmed, cut into batons and simmered in a little fatty White Bouillon; 1 tbs small green peas; 1 tbs Julienne of breast of pigeon; 10 poached pigeons’ eggs.
