2 litres (3½ pt or 9 U.S. cups) Chicken Consommé.
3 tbs Tomato Fondue; 10 small poached eggs. Serve separately slices of dry French bread arranged in a vegetable dish, sprinkled with a little Consommé and grated cheese and allowed to heat for a few minutes.
