Method

This is a good Chicken Consommé with the addition of approximately ½ dl (2 fl oz or ¼ U.S. cup) good quality brandy per litre ( pt or U.S. cups) of Consommé. When it is poured into the Consommé cups add a few flakes of gold leaf. This Consommé is only served cold.
