This is a go-to cookie for those with a sweet tooth who inexplicably don’t go for chocolate. I make these cookies for birthdays, baby showers, and especially the holidays. They hold their shape beautifully and look even better when decorated.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or in a food processor fitted with the S-blade, combine the Cookie Jar Blend, sugar, salt, and baking powder and beat them briefly to combine.
